Every piece we ship is cut from reclaimed oak and selected by hand.
Variation is not a flaw—it’s part of the standard.
Because of this, all sales are considered final.
Store Credit (7-Day Window)
We offer store credit only under specific conditions.
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Proof of issue must be provided (photo required)
Eligible Situations
Store credit may be issued if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong item
If approved, store credit will be issued for the value of the item.
Not Eligible
We do not offer refunds or store credit for:
- Natural variation in wood grain, color, or size
- Personal preference regarding scent
- Expectation differences (appearance, tone, or feel)
- Improper use, handling, or storage
Each piece is unique. What you receive will not be identical to product images.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
All approved claims are resolved through store credit only.
How to Request
To start a request, email:
Include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photo evidence (required for damaged or incorrect items)
Incomplete requests may not be processed.
Review Process
All requests are reviewed individually.

- Approve or deny any claim
- Request additional information
- Refuse requests that fall outside this policy
