Processing Time

During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We do not rush production at the expense of quality.

Tracking

It is your responsibility to monitor the shipment once it is in transit.
Delays

- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, Blackgrain Supply Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is missing:
- Contact the carrier directly
- File a claim with the shipping provider
Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address:
- We are not responsible for lost packages
- Reshipment may require an additional fee
Damaged Shipments
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photo evidence
